Loyal Kat Creative is a partnership between two passionate creatives based in Kenosha, WI. Loyal Kat Creative is on a mission to help small businesses and non profits promote their brand on a local level. Francisco and Kathleen are both heavily involved in the Kenosha business environment through work at the Kenosha Creative Space in addition to their personal pursuits in art and music.
Over his years of working in Kenosha and through extensive networks, Francisco Loyola has established strong connections between artists and creatives based throughout the region.
He is a founding member of the City of Kenosha Commission on the Arts, having served as the chair and vice chair. He has also served as a member of the Arts Fund at the Kenosha Community Foundation and as a member of the College of Arts and Humanities Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. When he’s not engaging in community-building activities with artists and creatives, he works in mixed media, graphic and visual arts.
An independent media designer, visual artist and creative and community organizer, Loyola is executive director of the nonprofit Kenosha Creative Space, a community-initiated development that serves a hub for artists and creatives.
Kathleen is a Kenosha native, UW Eau Claire graduate, and active local musician. After playing violin for most of her life, Kathleen found a strong passion to connect and work within local creative communities.
With experience ranging from running a theatre to marketing small businesses in an agency setting, she is able to work in a variety of roles and manage projects comfortably.
As Marketing Director of the Kenosha Creative Space, Kathleen’s goal is to help build a sustainable creative hub within the downtown Kenosha landscape. Outside of the Kenosha Creative Space, Kathleen enjoys photography and performing with local band Would You Kindly?
